HOW DOES TRAINING WORK?

A Moxie trainer will guide leaders through the training curriculum over the course of 5 weeks. These are live, virtual-lead workshops, with a high-degree of interaction.  Leaders will complete activities throughout the program to reinforce the concepts and methodologies learned. Along the way, there will be focused discussions related to unique challenges that leaders face in today’s market.

Introduction to leadership

Who is the best fit for this course? Directors, Team Leads, Managers?

The program was created with Team Leads and Managers in mind, but has been well received by leaders serving in Director roles. Given the high-level of personalized interaction in this course, it truly meets the leader where they are in their career, and delivers a practical and rewarding leadership training experience.

Are there any materials or resources provided in the course?

You betcha!!  We’ve got a great workbook that follows the sessions and topics each week.  This way, your leaders have something to refer back to even when training is done. 

How long are each of the sessions?

The sessions vary, but we recommend setting aside 1.5 hours.  We don’t like to cut those discussions short!!

How much will need to be committed each week?

On top of the live sessions, leaders are tasked with mindful exercises and a homework assignment each week.  They can expect to commit 2-3 hours total each week to training.
