HOW DOES TRAINING WORK?

We offer several options for recruiter training to meet the differing needs of our clients. If your team has an in-house trainer, we offer an enterprise solution which gives you an annual content license to all of our training modules and resources available within our proprietary LMS platform.

Don’t have a trainer? No problem! We offer Moxie-led private and public training courses and can take on the entire training process for you! This option allows you to outsource training for your recruiters and take the load off your existing team – a win – win for you and your senior recruiters, team-leads, and even managers.

On-site (In person) Training

A 3-4 day comprehensive course. The perfect option for maximum engagement. A Moxie trainer will guide recruiters through in-person instruction. Training will include games, role-playing exercises, and other activities directly related to course content.

Online/e-Learning Training

public course

A 6-week course open to recruiters from several different staffing firms. A Moxie trainer will guide recruiters through Moxie’s proprietary learning management system (LMS). This program also includes weekly live webinar sessions with a Moxie trainer. The public course is offered once per quarter. Attendees earn a certification upon successful completion.

Private course

A 6-week course open to your firms’ recruiters. A Moxie trainer will guide recruiters through Moxie’s proprietary learning management system (LMS). This program also includes weekly live webinar sessions. The private course can be scheduled anytime throughout the year. Attendees earn a certification upon successful completion.

Enterprise

Annual-license subscription granting full access to Moxie’s proprietary learning management system (LMS). This program is best-suited for healthcare staffing firms with a dedicated in-house trainer. Program also includes up to four – customized webinar training sessions for your team at no additional cost.

How do I get my team signed up for a private, or public, Moxie-led course?

You can reach out to any Moxie Representative to get signed up for a Moxie-led private course.  Our public courses are offered quarterly and you can sign up for those here.

How often is your recruiter training course updated to reflect market changes?

Moxie updates the platform quarterly when necessary.  All Moxie trainers pay very close attention to market conditions.  We are very passionate about ensuring that our clients are armed for battle.  We often discuss the current climate in our live sessions and for our enterprise clients, offer FREE quarterly training sessions where we discuss current market conditions.

I have a trainer, will you train-my-trainer if we opt for the Enterprise-level recruiter training program?

Absolutely!  We want them to love the platform as much as we do so we often spend time with trainers ensuring they are comfortable and ready to jump into the program with your teams. We stay very hands-on with all of our clients to ensure they have what they need every step of the way!

Are there any training resources provided in your recruiter training program?

Yes! Not only are there a ton of video lessons, but there are pdf’s that students can download and save to their desktop, links to great blogs and outside resources, and even discussion boards where they can communicate with their peers. 

How long is the recruiter training course?

There are 10 total phases in the online program.  Each phase takes 1.5-2 hours to complete. 

What is the weekly time commitment for recruiter’s in training?

There are 10 total phases in the online program.  Each phase takes 1.5-2 hours to complete.  Couple this with the live sessions in the public and private Moxie-led courses, and you’re talking 26-30 hours.  We recommended, during a 6 week course, to have your recruiters set aside 30-45 minutes of dedicated Moxie time each day to complete the online coursework.  

How are the Moxie-led “live-virtual” sessions set up?

These sessions are run through our Adobe Connect platform.  It’s a web-based platform, so there is no call-in number.  Participants can communicate via a chat box or we can enable their microphones.  The only person on camera is the Moxie trainer.
